In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, one wonders if God is in control?  Such a wonder is not new to our generation.  God’s people in Daniel’s day must’ve wondered the same thing.  They were exiled in Babylon.  A Pagan ruler reigned over them.  Was God in control?  God gives Daniel another beastly vision to reassure His people that, yes, despite present circumstances, God is in control, and He will have the victory.
